Whether it is a single 5’ core run or one hundred feet of coring in one bore hole, we are efficient at rock coring. We have both conventional core barrel set ups and Wire line coring for those deeper cored bore holes. We also have the ability to core efficiently with NQ, HQ and PQ sized barrels, and have cored over 200’ deep with both NQ and HQ barrels.
Years of experience of working with geoenvironmental and geotechnical firms have allowed us to develop an incredibly effective process for wire line rock coring that has allowed us to achieve 95 to 100% core recovery in most formations.
For a number of projects, it’s very important to effectively analyze the various geologic formations that we’ll encounter throughout the drilling process. This includes testing for both the quantity and quality of the material we’ll be drilling through to identify any challenges or hurdles for your specific project – no matter the extent of your project.
